The intake form is 15 minutes max — mostly multiple choice. If you would rather just talk it out, message Carmelo on WhatsApp and he will walk you through it on a quick call. Either way, after that you do nothing.

What is the 30-day WhatsApp support actually like?
Direct line to Carmelo, Mon–Sat 9am–9pm Dubai (covers most of the US business day). Replies typically within 4 hours. Use it for: tweaking a script, adding a new FAQ, asking how to do X with the system, troubleshooting a Zapier hiccup. Anything related to your DFY build is fair game.
What if I am not happy with the build?
You get one round of revisions free within the first 14 days. After that, just message Carmelo on WhatsApp and he will adjust within reason. Worst case — full refund within 60 days, and you keep all the customized files. Best deal in the catalog.
What happens after the 30 days of WhatsApp end?
