Common Questions

I cannot find my access link / purchase email.

Check your spam, promotions, and updates folders. Search for "BoomDispatch" or "ClickBank". If still missing, email [email protected] with the email you used at checkout. We will resend within 12 hours.

How do I request a refund?

Email [email protected] within 60 days of purchase. Include your order number from ClickBank. Refund processed in 3–5 business days. No survey, no friction. You keep the templates as a parting gift.

The Notion templates are not loading.

Make sure you are signed into Notion before clicking the "Duplicate" link. The template will land in your personal workspace by default; you can move it to a team workspace afterwards.

Zapier blueprint says "invalid".

Check that all required apps (Facebook Pages, Gmail, Google Calendar, Twilio) are connected to your Zapier account. The blueprint cannot import if the source app is missing the connection.

The AI is replying with the wrong info.

Open the Claude Project, click Edit Instructions, and adjust the "Shop Profile" block: service area, pricing range, hours, and brand voice. The PDF walkthroughs cover this in detail.

Can I get a 1:1 call to set this up?
