BoomDispatch respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, how we use it, and your rights under GDPR (EU) and CCPA (California). It applies to all three tiers (Lite, Pro, DFY).

1. Who We Are

BoomDispatch is operated by Carmelo Lo Giudice, based in Dubai, UAE. We are the data controller for personal information collected through boomdispatch.com.

2. What We Collect

• Email address — when you join the email list, take the quiz, or purchase any tier.
• Purchase data — processed through ClickBank (name, billing address, last 4 digits of card). We do not store full payment details.
• DFY intake form data — for DFY buyers only: your shop name, service area, hours, pricing range, top FAQs, brand voice notes. Used solely to build your custom suite.
• WhatsApp messages — for DFY buyers and pre-purchase inquiries: messages you send via wa.me link. Stored in our WhatsApp Business inbox for support purposes.
• Usage data — via cookies, Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager: pages visited, referral source, device type, approximate location, quiz answers (anonymous aggregate).
• Communications — emails you send to support@, carmelo@, or privacy@.

3. Why We Collect It

• To deliver the Product you purchased (including custom DFY builds).
• To provide ongoing support (email + WhatsApp for DFY).
• To send you launch updates and product news if you opted in.
• To improve the website, ad targeting, and tier recommendations (quiz).
• To respond to support requests.
• To comply with tax and accounting obligations.

4. Legal Basis (GDPR)

We process personal data based on:

• Contract — to deliver the Product after purchase (especially custom DFY builds).
• Consent — for marketing emails, analytics cookies, and WhatsApp communications.
• Legitimate interest — basic site analytics, fraud prevention.
• Legal obligation — tax records.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and pixels for:

• Essential — remembering you dismissed the announcement bar, quiz progress.
• Analytics — Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics.
• Advertising — Meta Pixel for Facebook/Instagram ad targeting and retargeting. Custom events: PageView, ViewContent (per tier), InitiateCheckout (per tier), Purchase (per tier), Contact (WhatsApp click), CompleteRegistration (quiz).

You can opt out via your browser settings, ad-blocker, or Meta's ad preferences page.

6. How We Share Data

We share limited data with:

• ClickBank — payment processing for all tiers.
• Email provider — for delivery of marketing and product emails.
• Meta & Google — for advertising and analytics.
• Anthropic (Claude) — for the AI workflows you opt to use (your customer message data passes through Claude when you operate the system).
• WhatsApp / Meta Business — if you choose to message us via WhatsApp link.
• Hosting — Cloudflare Pages.

We never sell personal data to third parties.

7. DFY-Specific Data Handling

DFY intake form data (your shop info) is used exclusively to build your custom suite. We retain it for the duration of your active license + 30 days after refund (if applicable) for support purposes. You can request earlier deletion under Section 9.

WhatsApp messages with the founder (during the 30-day priority support window) are retained in our WhatsApp Business inbox for 12 months for support continuity, then deleted.

8. Data Retention

We retain email and purchase data for 7 years for tax and warranty purposes. DFY intake data retained for active license duration + 30 days. You can request earlier deletion under Section 9.

9. Your Rights (GDPR)

• Access — request a copy of data we hold about you.
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure — request deletion (the "right to be forgotten").
• Restriction — limit how we process your data.
• Portability — receive your data in machine-readable format.
• Objection — opt out of marketing or profiling.
• Withdraw consent — at any time, with no impact on prior lawful processing.

10. Your Rights (CCPA — California Residents)

• Right to know what personal data we collect and share.
• Right to delete personal data we hold about you.
• Right to opt out of the sale of personal data (we do not sell data).

11. Children

BoomDispatch is for business owners 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

12. International Transfers

Data may be processed in the UAE, USA, and EU. We rely on standard contractual clauses where applicable.

13. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS) and reputable processors (ClickBank, Cloudflare, Meta WhatsApp Business). No system is 100% secure; we will notify affected users within 72 hours of any breach affecting personal data.

Updates to this policy are posted at boomdispatch.com/privacy.html. Material changes will be emailed to subscribers.
