These terms govern your use of BoomDispatch (the "Product"), a digital toolkit and AI workflow suite for home services contractors offered in three tiers: Lite, Pro, and DFY. By purchasing, downloading, or using the Product you agree to these terms.
When you purchase any BoomDispatch tier, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to use the templates, scripts, blueprints, AI prompts, walkthrough guides, and (for DFY) the custom-built deliverables for your own contracting business. The license covers a single business entity.
We offer a 60-day better-than-money-back guarantee on all three tiers. If you do not book at least one extra job using the Lead Reply Engine within 60 days of purchase, email [email protected] for a full refund. You may keep the templates, scripts, and PDF guides as a thank-you for trying. DFY buyers also keep the custom-built Claude Project, Notion workspace, and Zapier flows.
Refund requests submitted after 60 days will not be honored. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days through ClickBank.
The 48-hour build window starts when you submit your completed intake form. The clock pauses on weekends. If we miss the 48-hour deadline through our fault, your DFY purchase is fully refunded and you keep whatever has been built.
The 30-day WhatsApp priority support window starts on the day of delivery. After 30 days, you continue to have lifetime priority email support (under 12h response time). Optional WhatsApp renewal is available at $99/month.
You are entitled to one round of revisions free within the first 14 days post-delivery. Additional substantial revisions may be billed at $97 each.
BoomDispatch integrates with third-party tools including but not limited to Notion, Zapier, Anthropic Claude, Google Workspace, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Twilio. You are responsible for your own subscriptions, API keys, and compliance with each third party's terms of service. BoomDispatch is not responsible for changes, outages, or pricing decisions made by these third parties.
The Product enables AI-generated responses to customers. You are solely responsible for the messages your AI sends to customers under your business name. We recommend reviewing AI behavior periodically and maintaining manual oversight, especially during initial setup. BoomDispatch is not liable for damages, lost business, or legal consequences arising from AI-generated communications you authorize.
While we believe BoomDispatch will help most contractors book more jobs, we do not guarantee specific revenue, lead conversion rates, or business outcomes. Results depend on your market, your shop, your service quality, and how well you implement the system.
"Lifetime" means the operational lifetime of the Product. Lite buyers receive updates only on the Lead Reply module. Pro and DFY buyers receive updates on all modules. We reserve the right to discontinue the Product or specific features with 90 days notice. If discontinued within 12 months of your purchase, you receive a prorated refund.
Lite buyers may upgrade to Pro for $160 (their $37 credit is applied). Pro buyers may upgrade to DFY for $500 (their $197 credit is applied). Upgrade credits expire 12 months after the original purchase. Email [email protected] with your order ID to redeem.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoomDispatch's total liability for any claim arising out of the Product is limited to the amount you paid for the Product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in Dubai, UAE.
We may update these terms occasionally. The current version is always posted at boomdispatch.com/terms.html with an effective date. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance.
